E-learning English
The online training Respectful Collaboration is about desired and undesirable behavior in the workplace and is intended for everyone who works in the audiovisual sector, regardless of contract form of position. In addition to a English-language training, there is also a Dutch-language version and a version for the visually impaired. The version for the visually impaired is available to the member companies of the Mediapact, please inquire with the HR department or e-mail to info@respectvolsamenwerken.nl.

The training consists of various situations based on real-life examples and is reenacted by a diverse group of unknown actors. The e-learning is structured according to the principle of impact, reflection, learning and action. Each module starts with a video, produced by colleagues from the industry in recognizable places such as the control room, the greenroom, and the office. The situations include aggression and violence, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. Each answer also provides practical tips on how to act as an employee or manager in such situations. You will also receive information about where you can report and how to provide feedback. After each module, an overview with questions and answers will appear and you will learn more about what is and what is not laid down by law.
